We had a fantastic time sharing our research through talks, engaging in insightful scientific discussions, and reconnecting with both new and long-time colleagues.

The lab has received a new grant for a PhD project on Data Driven Life Science. The title is “Transcriptome-guided AI deconvolution of taxonomy (Traident)” and the PhD candidate will be part of the DDLS Research School.

The lab has been awarded a €150,000 ERC Proof of Concept Grant for his project Food quality control by RNA profiling (foodRNA). The funding will go into developing and testing methods to apply RNA profiling to detect food fraud. 🥳 🥦 🥩 🇪🇺
The research will be conducted at Stockholm University and SciLifeLab. Applications for related postdoc position to open soon!
